All roads lead to Fort Lauderdale!
After hosting the College Hockey South Division 2 and 3 playoffs last season, the Panthers Ice Den will be home to all 41 CHS postseason games in 2026.
All four College Hockey South divisions (Women’s, M2, M3 and ACDC) will compete under one roof from Feb 26th to Mar 1st, 2026, to decide our conference championships.
The Men’s Division 3 standings coincide with the release of the official ACHA Division 3 rankings, which are updated every other week.

Women’s Division
Eight teams from the Women’s Division will play for the conference tournament in late February. The top three teams from each division will advance to the postseason, as well as two wild-card teams.
If the season ended today, the top three seeds from the North Division would be Clemson, Alabama and South Carolina. The South Division would send Tampa, South Florida and Florida. Georgia and Auburn would be the wild card squads, rounding out the top eight.
All CHS teams must play at least 10 conference games to be eligible to qualify for the postseason.

Men’s Division 2
All three Division 2 CHS teams will advance to the postseason and compete in a round-robin tournament to determine who plays for the championship.
Despite their recent struggles, Florida Atlantic leads the way with nine conference points. The Tampa Spartans trail the Owls by a point, but have three fewer losses.

Men’s Division 3
Twelve Division 3 teams will be invited to Coral Springs, FL, for a chance to earn conference supremacy. Unlike the other divisions, the teams that advance to the playoffs in Division 3 will be decided by ACHA rankings.
Six College Hockey South teams cracked the top 16 in the ACHA initial ranking, including Middle Tennessee State, which earned the top spot. The most recent ranking features five CHS teams, with MTSU holding strong at number one.
If the playoffs began today, the twelve-team field would consist of Middle Tennessee State, South Florida, Tampa, South Carolina, Clemson, Miami, Florida Gulf Coast, Embry-Riddle, Central Florida, Kennesaw State, Tennessee and Alabama.

Men’s ACDC
The ACDC playoffs will be a showdown of Sunshine State squads, with six teams advancing to the tournament in February.
Florida leads the ACDC standings after evening its season series with Florida State last weekend in the “Battle for Jax”.
