There are so many good matchups in CHS this week that it only felt right to give the fans two Game of the Week Matchups!
Our first game of the week is a battle between two M3 powerhouses! Last year's national champion, #8 South Carolina Gamecocks, travels to Tennessee to face the #1 Blue Raiders, who have been atop the M3 division since the first ranking of the year.
The Gamecocks haven’t played in three weeks, but you know they are prepared to get back on the ice and put the league on notice. The Blue Raiders are looking to get back on track as they face one of the toughest challenges of the season. It will be a must-watch game as two top-ten teams take the ice for a two-game series.
Friday, February 6th @ 9:45 PM EST (Ford Ice Center)
Saturday, February 7th @ 9:45 PM EST (Ford Ice Center)
Game of the Week #2 - South Carolina (W) vs Clemson (W)
The women’s division continues to grow, and with that growth comes first-time matchups. The Palmetto Cup rivalry continues, this time between the Ice Tigers and the Gamecocks for the first time in the women’s division.
Clemson is trying to get back on track after a busy weekend at the Gasparilla Showcase, while the Gamecocks look to continue to climb the ACHA rankings, sitting at No.9 in the Southeast. With no shortage of history between the two sides, it's time for a new chapter to unfold when these two take the ice this weekend.
Saturday, February 7th @ 10:00 PM EST (The Pavilion)
It's a three-game weekend between the Owls and Spartans for the second time this season. Tampa swept the previous series, and the Owls look to even the season series in the final regular-season meeting.
Both teams suffered losses against Florida M2 in their last match-up. The playoffs are coming up quick and both teams are looking to get the upper hand before the tournament at the Panthers Ice Den.

Sunday, February 8th at 10:00 AM EST (Clearwater Ice Arena)
Tampa (W) at Florida (W)
It will be the second meeting of the season between the Gators and Spartans. Tampa took the first matchup against Florida, which started the season for the Gators as a member of CHS. Since the 5-1 loss to the Spartans, the Gators have become a force to be reckoned with.
The Spartans posted two wins at the Gasparilla Showcase, while the Gators won their only game. Both teams are in playoff positions in the women’s South Division, with Tampa having already clinched its spot. Florida is looking to be the team to hand the Spartans their first loss against a CHS team before the playoffs.
