Back to the Original Four!

 

College Hockey South and the Savannah Sports Council are proud to announce the 4 teams playing in the Savannah Hockey Classic for the 2023-24 season: Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Tennessee. These 4 teams first faced-off in the inaugural tournament in 1998-99 season with Georgia Tech winning the first tournament.

 

Like every year in the past, this year’s tournament will be the weekend of the Martin Luther King holiday, January 12-13, 2024. The Florida Gators are the defending Savannah Hockey Classic champions.

 

The format of the tournament has also changed to avoid confusing tiebreakers. This year, the winners of the Friday night games will play in the championship game and the losers will play in the early game Saturday.

3rd Place Game - 5:30 PM ET
