2026 Gasparilla Showcase

Land ho!


For the first time in conference history, College Hockey South will host a special women’s showcase during one of Tampa’s most iconic weekends—the Gasparilla Pirate Festival.


The 2026 CHS Gasparilla Showcase will feature six Women’s programs competing in six games from Thursday, January 29 through Sunday, February 1, at The Nest Hockey Academy in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Participating programs include the Tampa Lady Spartans, South Florida Ice Bulls, Florida Gators, Miami Hurricanes, Auburn Tigers, and Clemson Tigers.


The weekend is highlighted by several must-see matchups, including a Thursday night clash between Tampa-area rivals Tampa and South Florida, setting the tone for an exciting slate of games as teams battle for conference positioning in the heart of the season.

Tampa Lady Spartans vs. South Florida Ice Bulls — 6:00 PM EST


Saturday, January 31, 2026

Auburn Tigers vs. Clemson Tigers — 8:45 AM EST

Clemson Tigers vs. Florida Gators — 6:30 PM EST


Sunday, February 1, 2026

Miami Hurricanes vs. Auburn Tigers — 10:15 AM EST

Tampa Lady Spartans vs. Clemson Tigers — 12:30 PM EST

South Florida Ice Bulls vs. Miami Hurricanes — 2:45 PM EST


The Gasparilla Pirate Festival is Tampa’s largest annual community event, drawing hundreds of thousands of fans to the city for its legendary pirate invasion and parade along Bayshore Boulevard. The CHS Gasparilla Showcase adds another layer of excitement to the weekend, combining high-level women’s hockey with one of Florida’s most celebrated traditions.


All games will be streamed live on the College Hockey South YouTube channel, allowing fans to follow every moment of the action whether they’re in the stands or watching from home.
