1st Star: (F) Cassidy Cross, Auburn University (W) – 10 Goals, 10 Assists, 20 Points in 2 Game Played

Cassidy Cross’s red-hot season shows no signs of slowing down, as she carried Auburn to a sweep over Kennesaw State with an incredible 20-point weekend.

In the series opener, Cross was a dynamic passer, racking up seven assists while adding two goals of her own. She followed that up with a scoring clinic in Game 2, notching eight goals, including a natural hat trick in the first period.

Cross has put the CHS Women’s Division on notice in just two weeks of play, and it’s safe to say this won’t be her last appearance among the weekly stars.

2nd Star: (F) Brayden Curry, Florida Institute of Technology (ACDC) – 9 Goals, 1 Assist, 10 Points in 2 Game Played

Florida Tech is off to a blazing start, thanks in large part to forward Brayden Curry.

In the Panthers’ opening game against Embry-Riddle, Curry erupted for six goals in an 8–6 victory, putting on one of the most dominant scoring performances of the season so far. He followed that effort with two more goals and an assist in Game 2, leading Florida Tech to the series sweep.

Curry now leads all CHS skaters in ACDC Division goal scoring with ten tallies through the Panthers’ first four games.

3rd Star: (F) Matt Siciliano, Middle Tennessee State University (M3) – 3 Goals, 6 Assists, 9 Points in 2 Game Played

Our Game of the Week between MTSU and Alabama lived up to its billing, and Matt Siciliano was at the center of the action.

In Friday’s series opener, Siciliano had points on three of the Blue Raiders’ four goals, scoring once and assisting on two more to spark the offense. On Saturday, he raised his game even higher, piling up six points with two goals and four assists in a thrilling 8–7 victory to complete the sweep.

Siciliano’s standout performance further cements his reputation as one of CHS’s premier playmakers and a driving force behind MTSU’s hot start reminding us why they were CHS Division 2 champions last season.

Congratulations to Cassidy Cross, Brayden Curry, and Matt Siciliano for earning honors as College Hockey South’s three stars of Week 4!
